If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within
All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we suspect fraud.
Shipping costs for returns - you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs which is non-refundable. Please also be advised that we do not provide shipping labels.
Please note if it has been over 28 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
If you have changed your mind after an order has been processed and dispatched, please note we are unable to provide a refund until the order is returned by you.
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order in line with our Shipping & Delivery policy we will be happy to provide you with a refund after the expiry of 40 business days.
If you refuse or miss delivery of your order at your delivery address you will not be entitled to a refund given the costs associated with return/destruction that we incur.
